Dr. Dale J. Davis
Dr. Dale J. Davis 74, of White Hall and Miami Fla., died suddenly at his residence near White Hall last night.
Dr. Davis was born February 28, 1888 in Madison County, Ind., the son of the late Rev. Jefferson Davis and Mrs. Fannie Yost Davis. He was the husband of the former Miss Pearl Lynn, whom he married in Miami in 1930.
Dr. Davis was a practicing chiropractor of Miami for the past 20 years. He and his wife spent the summer months at their home at White Hall.
Dr Davis was a member of the Masonic Shrine, Black Camel and Eastern Star Lodge of Miami.
He is survived by his wife and a number of nieces and nephews.
Arrangements for the funeral service are incomplete.

Davis Service
A funeral service for Dr. Dale J. Davis of White Hall and Miami, who died Tuesday, will be conducted by Rev. Arthur Grant and the Rev. Alan C. Peer Saturday at 3:30pm at the Jones funeral Home.
Burial will be in Old Stone Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Williams L. Dawson, Allen Boyles, Jr., Lloyd L. Milburn, Kenneth E. Holliday, C. E. Holliday and Ray M. Fries.
