To the court of Frederick County in Chancery setting respectfully complaining herewith to grantor ships your orator= Your orators ISAAC DICK, HENRY LIGHT SARAH his wife late SARAH DICK & JEFFERSON ADAMS & MARY ANN his wife late MARY ANN DICK = That PETER DICK father of the said ISAAC, SARAH & MARY ANN, departed this life, in testate, some time since & in addiction to your orators left the following heirs =. ELLEN married to JOSEPH WALN, JOHN who has left the county about 15 years since & has never been heard from, MARY MASON, RICHARD, ARCHIBALD, ELIZABETH married to LEWIS LUTTRELL, MARGARET married to NORRIS CORBIN & ELLEN DICK & two other children, infants children of PETER DICK a son of said PETER DICK & his widow NANCY DICK= that said PETER DICK died possessed of a tract of land lying on Bush Creek in Frederick County containing about 343 acres= that the land is from & the shares worth much less than $300 each= some of the heirs are willing & others are unwilling to sale the land.
Again orators being desirous of having the land sold according to the act of assembly in such cases made & [presided] __ that the said JOSEPH WALN & ELLEN his wife, JOHN DICK, MARY MASON widow, RICHARD DICK, ARCHIBALD DICK, LEWIS LUTTRELL and ELIZABETH his wife, NORRIS CORBIN and MARGARET his wife, & ELLEN DICK & the two other children of PETER DICK JR. decd. Whose names are unknown & NANCY DICK widow of PETER DICK sew. Decd. be made dftts. Hereto & summoned to show cause if any they can against a sale of said lands = that the court will direct a sale of said lands according to this act of assembly in such cases made & provided - make distributions of the proceeds of sale according to the respective rights of the parties, and grant such further & other relief or may be just and equitable may it please us

"From letter of John L. Luttrell, ante., it appears that Robert, Fielding, Sarah and Franky, children of John Luttrell, deceased, together with their mother, Winifred, settled together near each other. This was in Frederick Co., Va., where Robert purchased land as early as 1796, being designated in that deed as of Frederick Co., where the marriage records show that he married 1 Nov. 1796, Barbara Buzzard. By deed of 19 Mar. 1831, recorded in deed book 58, page 335, Robert's heirs conveyed to Fielding Luttrell 107 acres of land in Frederick Co., his widow, Barbara signing the deed along with the following children: Richard, Robert, Susan, Franky, John, and Lewis."
