It being represented to the Court that Wiliam Bagent who was formerly bound to Meshach Sexton, has been draughted in the Militia of this County for the share of Six Months to March against an Invasion of the Indians it istherefor ordered that the said Bagent do return to his masters services as the said draught is expired and that the same be allowed as part of his services.

T. Carter Henretty
Thomas Carter Henretty, a veteran employee of the
Standard Lime and Stone Company, died suddenly
Sunday afternoon at his home on Methena's hill, a mile
southeast of town. Stricken while shaving himself,
Mr. Henretty collapsed after having complained of feeling
numb in one arm and leg. The end came in six hours.
Deceased was a native of the county, having been born
on May 26, 1874. In early life he was a farmer, but for 28 years
he was in the employ of the Standard Lime & Stone Company
at Millville. He retired about a month ago, His parents were
Thomas J. and Margaret Ambrose Henretty, residents of this county.
Mr. Henretty was married twice, the first time to a Miss Conrad,
of this county; and the second time to Mrs. John J. Gardner,
who is his only survivor.
Funeral services weere held Tuesday morning in the Charles Town Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Dr. Sydnor, the pastor, conducting the rites. Interment was in Edge Hill Cemetery.
